The commitment garden

Each tree is a commitment recorded on Base. While the deadline is ahead the tree grows. Finish in time and it lives. Miss it and it has thirty days to be saved — branded late, forever — and then it dies for good. Quitting early leaves a stump: honest, and just as permanent. What each task is about stays private: the chain only holds the promise, never the words.
